Right after my last paper on the 6th november morning, i had to quick back home and pack stuff and get some rest before the midnight flight to korea on the same day, eventho it was abit rush, but i was excited anyhow, woo hoo~! *tell u why i was, becuz that was the 1st time i was gona get into an aeroplane and fly~fly~fly~ above the clouds to a far away country, well, korea was that far, but it was my 1st, so, u know =)*
This is a trip to visit a methodist church in korea, incheon
so,after dinner, my family, uncle desmond, uncle daniel and esther stuff ourselves in one little 7 sitter car, together wit our huge luggages (usually dis car look big and spacious, but dis time, somehow it doesnt....) way to go to airport, checked in, v still had some time before boarding,
so, we had mcd... shakey fries~~~
Then in the train, me, esther and janet, our new
fren and roommate from sungai petani, addison was taking the pic for us, can u see him in the reflection on the window behind us? hehe
together with my mum beside him, nice pose of her huh, hehe =P
After waiting for some time, we boarded the plane, i chose the seat beside the window, so to see the sunrise and clouds and lights and everything...
After around 6 hours, we finally reached~~
In the Incheon airport
There were a few pastors welcoming us and drove us to the church in a bus, the weather was cooling and chilling, something like genting in the night and maybe 50% more colder...
we arrived at the church and was welcomed like VIP, hehe, and then we were assigned to our rooms
We were like monkeys in the town, taking pics non stop and "wah", "wow", "eh, u see!", "so nice~"..... u know wat i mean....
~Pictures time~
After that we were brought to tour around the church, it was super big, in my point of view la =) they have their own canteen, music room, laundry room, carpark with high technology, power supply and heater room, own ochestra, broadcasting room, etc......
the church were rich, becuz the congregations are generous in giving, they provided all meals for all 40 of us, sometimes cook in the canteen or sometimes out to expensive places to eat, drive us around in bus and explaning to us histories of places as we tour around, provided us with rooms of 5 stars, somemore with room services, translating every sessions of sermon for us, and lots more... every single thing was FREE ! can u believe that ??!!!!
i was really touched by the servanthood that they practise =)
more to come in next blog =)
